What is PechaKucha?
A PechaKucha presentation is an auto-advancing slideshow, with each of the 20 slides on screen for 20 seconds. It’s a fun and fast-paced presentation, telling a story in 400 seconds with 20 images. Click here for an example of a PechaKucha presentation
PechaKucha presentations are judged on seven elements: visual appeal, organization & creativity; presentation quality; articulation of ideas; statement of purpose; support of argument; significance & implications; and the presenter’s understanding of the topic.
PechaKucha is a flexible format. For the Graduate Plenary, PechaKucha presentations can explore the following topics: original research; health services (e.g. case studies); clinical and professional practice (e.g. best practices).
